Turbo Mouthpiece & PCV System

Our high-flow turbo mouthpiece allows you to reroute your factory PCV system and remove the factory resonator box. This means no more engine oil gumming up your turbo and intake system! (Just a heads up, the PCV re-route is sold separately, check out part number 003-1-HSP.) You’ll also find our 3-inch mandrel bent hot side and cold side tubes, paired with an easy-to-install two-piece Y-bridge and race-proven 5-layer silicone boots. You can trust that this setup will fit perfectly and won’t let you down.

Hot Side Intercooler Tube

Now, let’s talk hot side intercooler tubes. The factory version is only 2.25 inches in diameter and has a 90-degree boot at the intercooler, which can be a weak point. Our design runs the hot side tube directly into the intercooler, reducing temperatures and improving airflow while providing extra clearance in tight spots. No more worrying about rubbing against the power steering line!

Cold Side Tube & Exhaust Efficiency

Our 3-inch cold side tube ensures your engine gets all the air it craves. The bolted-together two-piece Y-bridge makes installation a breeze and guarantees a leak-free seal, keeping you off the side of the road. To help get those exhaust gases out efficiently, we’ve included factory replacement 2-inch up pipes, crafted with .120-inch wall tubing and the toughest bellows available. They’re built to last just as long as your truck!

Stylish Cooling Solutions

When it comes to looks, we’ve got you covered too! Our forward-facing thermostat housing with coolant return helps keep your VGT turbo running cool. Is your factory coolant tank looking a bit worn? We’ve included a replacement coolant tank featuring an all-aluminum design and an integrated low coolant sensor to keep your engine bay looking sharp.
