Factory Intercooler Tubing Challenges

If you own a 2001-2004 Duramax truck, you know the factory intercooler tubing can be quite restrictive and prone to failure. With a narrow 2.25-inch diameter and a 90-degree boot at the intercooler that often gives out, you might face issues like rubbing against the power steering line, leading to annoying boost leaks.

Our Innovative Solution

We’ve tackled this problem head-on by designing the hot side tube to connect directly to the intercooler, utilizing race-proven 5-layer silicone boots. This results in lower temperatures, improved airflow, and better clearance in those tight spots. To help your engine breathe easier, our kit also includes factory replacement 2-inch up pipes.
