Usage Guidelines
- Variable Valve Timing Control Unit: Requires F-CON V Pro ver. 3.4 or VALCON type RB26.
- CAM Shaft (EX): Choose STEP 1 (256° or 264°).
- Valve Spring: Stock components are recommended.
- Allowable Rotating Speed: Up to 8000 RPM.
- Cylinder Head Modification: Not necessary.
- Piston: Stock pistons are compatible.
- Oil Pump: HKS enhanced parts are recommended.
- Engine Oil: Use HKS SUPER TURBO RACING 15W50 or HKS Racing Pro 10W50.
- Timing Belt: Inspect every 10,000 km for wear and adjust as needed.
- Note: Low hydraulic pressure may prevent reaching target valve timing, especially if oil viscosity is low or water temperature is below 60°C.
