Manufactured from high-grade 4340 Chromoly Steel, the inner CV cage is complemented by a dual heat treatment process, ensuring superior strength and longevity. The PAXL-4034HD-SLK features:

  • A 15% to 20% increase in diameter compared to standard axles, providing enhanced durability.
  • 10% to 15% larger CV joint size for improved articulation.
  • A unique double plunge design that allows for higher articulation angles, with 1.5 inches of travel on the inboard joint and 0.5 inches on the outboard joint.
  • Precision CNC machining for a perfect fit and function.

Boot and Lubrication

The axles are equipped with TPEE (Thermoplastic Polyester Elastomer) boots, which offer superior resistance to punctures, fatigue, and temperature extremes when compared to standard OEM boots. Additionally, each axle is packed with high-load molybdenum grease, ensuring low friction and smooth operation even under demanding conditions.
