Our Testing Process Includes:

  • 6-point coil test
  • Leak testing from 0-100 psi
  • RPM Ramp from 500-10,000 rpm
  • Pulse Width Ramp from 0.5-17 ms
  • Spray pattern analysis (both open and pulsed)
