If you’re looking to keep your engine cool under pressure, you might want to check out the CSF radiator. I’ve been around the block with a few different brands, and let me tell you, CSF stands out. They’ve got a massive lineup—over 3,200 radiator models, covering everything from Acura to Volkswagen. So, whether you’re rolling with a Copper-Brass setup or going for something more modern like an All Aluminum, CSF has got you covered with quality that matches the original equipment.

What I really appreciate about CSF is their commitment to quality. These radiators are built to last, using some of the strongest materials in the game. They’ve been at it for over 50 years, selling more than 30 million units worldwide, so you know they’ve got their act together. Each radiator is engineered and even wind tunnel tested, which is a fancy way of saying they know what it takes to keep your ride cool. Seriously, they don’t mess around with their cooling performance validation.

Now, let’s talk about some of the nitty-gritty. The CSF radiators feature an OEM-specified Plastic Tank-Aluminum Core construction. The tanks are made from virgin-grade engineered plastic resins, and they’re "glass filled" for added strength. You won’t have to worry about them cracking under pressure. Plus, the gaskets are made from a special grade of EPDM rubber, designed to handle extreme temps—down to -120 degrees Fahrenheit. That means whether it’s a hot summer day or a freezing winter morning, you can trust this radiator to do its job.

The fins, which are basically the heart of the radiator, come with a high-performance multi-louvered design. They’ve even got a 100% leak test before they leave the factory, running at 150% of the operating pressure. And when it comes to shipping, they’ve got the best packaging around, passing a "10-foot drop test" standard. So, you know it’s going to arrive in one piece.

Here are some specs for those who like the details:

  • Radiator Type: Crossflow

  • Outlet Location: Lower Driver Side

For fitment, this radiator is perfect for the Ford F-150 from 2011 to 2014. Just a heads up: when you’re swapping out your radiator, take a moment to check the old pressure cap. It’s easy to overlook, but you don’t want to end up with a leaky mess later on.

In short, if you want a reliable radiator that won’t let you down, CSF is a solid choice. It’s built tough, tested rigorously, and designed to keep your engine running smoothly.

If the radiator is installed and is returned deformed (bulging tanks, warped core etc.), this is an indication that the radiator is the victim of some other problem and not the cause. The deformation is a result of the radiator being subjected to extremely high pressure and or temperature caused by any of the following reasons:Defective Pressure Cap, Defective Head Gasket, Defective Temperature gauge (incorrect readings), Defective Water Pump etc. Such units are not covered under the warranty.

If a radiator seems to have a “fit problem” there is the possibility that there is some confusion about a multi-fit radiator that might look different. Your nearest CSF WD can clarify the application, just give them a call. A perceived fit problem is not covered under warranty.
