CSF worked closely with its strategic manufacturing partner PWR and Local R&D Partner Studio RSR on the development of the "Level-Up" Charge-Air-Cooler Manifold. The relationship with PWR offers CSF access to exclusive cutting edge Formula 1 grade technology, while Studio RSR offers expertise in real world race experience and hands-on mechanical knowledge of the S58 platform. The manifold is made from the highest grade billet aluminum. Each part is CNC machined with the highest precision and TIG welded to form a single piece charge-air-cooler intake manifold. The CSF manifold is capable of achieving the highest levels of performance and withstanding extreme boost levels. The ultra high performance liquid-to-air F1 grade core is made by PWR. This Bar & Plate core is pressure tested to 120 psi to ensure it will withstand the high boost levels motorsports race teams can throw at it. Feedback from the community has shown the OEM core (crimped onto plastic end tanks) is prone to failure starting at just 27 pounds (psi) of boost pressure.Adding power always requires more fuel, so the CSF Manifold features a top feed port injection system. The intake runners have the injector bungs machined directly into them and the kit includes both the Fuel Rail and CNC Machined Block-Off Caps for non-use. In addition, the manifold also has integrated ports on each runner for Nitrous or Methanol Injection. Individual ports for each runner allows for maximum control and tuning. The included Thermal Rejection Manifold Spacer is made from KIYLEX, a revolutionary polymer that is as strong as aluminum and withstands temps up to 1100'F. The spacer insulates the manifold from conductive heat transfer from the cylinder head. This reduces manifold temps which helps lower Intake Air Temps (IATs), improves efficiency, and combats heat soak.The CSF #8233C comes in your choice of custom color or finish. Also available in raw billet aluminum (CSF #8233) & Thermal Black Heat Dispersion (CSF #8233B)With the larger and more efficient intercooler performance, lower pressure drop, included fuel rail & kit for top feed port injection, and other industry-leading features, the CSF Level-Up Manifold allows S58 owners to maximize performance.

CSF takes pride in the quality of its products and offers one of the best warranty’s in the industry. Please refer to the CSF warranty card in the shipping carton for details.

CSF warranty is applicable only to the original owner of the vehicle. Original paper work verifying the proof of purchase and pre-installation cooling system checklist signed by the professional installer is required to process warranty claims.

All warranty claims should be directed to the point of purchase. Due to CSF’s established agreements with Authorized CSF Warehouse Distributors, CSF is unable to handle and/or process warranty related calls/inquires from any individuals – all inquires/warranty related claims should be directed to the point of purchase or an authorized warehouse distributor.

Take care of your radiator, as under circumstances listed below the warranty will be void.

If the radiator is installed and is returned deformed (bulging tanks, warped core etc.), this is an indication that the radiator is the victim of some other problem and not the cause. The deformation is a result of the radiator being subjected to extremely high pressure and or temperature caused by any of the following reasons:Defective Pressure Cap, Defective Head Gasket, Defective Temperature gauge (incorrect readings), Defective Water Pump etc. Such units are not covered under the warranty.

If a radiator seems to have a “fit problem” there is the possibility that there is some confusion about a multi-fit radiator that might look different. Your nearest CSF WD can clarify the application, just give them a call. A perceived fit problem is not covered under warranty.

If a unit is damaged in shipping, please file a claim with the carrier. Damages caused during shipping, installation or handling are not covered under warranty.

Any repairs or alterations to the unit will automatically void the warranty.

Any form of abuse, including the use of improper coolant mixtures, damage caused by steam, corrosion etc and use on commercial vehicles voids the warranty. It is the vehicle owners’ responsibility to maintain the cooling system as specified in the owners manual.
