Cognito Adjustable Front Limit Strap Kit is for 01-10 Chevrolet and GMC 1500HD/2500/2500HD/3500/3500HD 2WD/4WD trucks, 01-13 2500 2WD/4WD SUVs and 03-09 Hummer H2 and H2 SUTs for Cognito leveling kits. This kit is used when there is no front shock in the stock location to limit the droop travel.

With no shock acting as the droop limiter, the upper control arm becomes the droop limiter which transfers that load causing premature wear to the upper ball joint. It is a bolt-in installation but requires holes to be drilled to mount the upper end, and there is adjustability built in to fine-tune the length to control the droop limit.
