Increase the performance and capability of the 2021 Ford F150 trucks with 6-inch lift kit with FOX 2.0 struts by BDS Suspension. Designed to improve stance the BDS 6 inch lift kit with FOX 2.0 front struts give more capability off-road. This kit includes everything necessary to set your F150 truck up right with clearance for up to 37" tires. This kit takes advantage of BDS's tried and true high-clearance design for improved ground clearance strength and offroad protection while correcting suspension and steering geometry for great on-road handling characteristics. Up front the kit utilizes FOX 2.0 strut shocks high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers multipiece differential relocation brackets and skidplate designed for offroad protection. Steering geometry is corrected at the new taller ride height with a pair of massive CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles. These combined with the provided sway bar relocation brackets brake line brackets alignment cam bolts supplied hardware and more provide a comprehensive front suspension lift ready for use and abuse. In the rear BDS utilizes high strength fabricated lift blocks and longer u-bolts to lift and level the stance along and NX2 Nitro or optional FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks. These FOX 2.0 Performance Series coil-over struts bring impressive damper performance for great ride on and offroad capability designed as a direct bolt-in replacement for the factory strut assemblies while retaining the OE coil spring and top plate. They feature a 2.0" extruded and machined 6061 T6 aluminum body for better heat dispersion along with an internal floating piston (IFP) to eliminate oil aeration FOX's proprietary internals 5/8" hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy shaft. BDS maximizes ground clearance with their heavy duty 1/4-inch thick laser cut perfect fit crossmembers. Paired with a front skid plate system that bolts together to create a rigid subframe while adding extra protection. BDS corrects steering geometry at the new taller ride height using a pair of high-strength CNC machined ductile cast iron steering knuckle design to work with replacement tie rod ends to maintain steering angles for proper function and ESC compatibility.

  • 18" or larger diameter wheels are required. Stock 17" and 18" wheels cannot be re-installed. Stock 20" wheels can be used with up to a 305/60R20 tire.
  • Will not work with models with CCD (Continuous Controlled Damping)
  • 18" wheels with 5-5.5" backspacing should be test fit prior to mounting the tire to ensure proper clearance to the steering knuckle/tie rod. 5.5" backspacing is highly recommended for tire-to-frame crash bar clearance.
  • Models with 2-piece rear driveshaft WILL require carrier bearing shim kit 122406 (not included w/ kit)
  • Block kits replace factory 1-1/4" block. The stock block will not be reinstalled.
  • Crash bars may require modification based on wheel and tire choice. It is the end user's responsibility to ensure modifications are non-detrimental to vehicle safety.
  • Does NOT fit diesel models.
  • Will not work with Tremor models.
  • Some trucks with a 2 piece drive shaft may have a recall from Ford regarding the rear driveshaft. (Safety Recall 21S25) Due to the recall procedure BDS recommends having this performed prior to installing the lift.
  • This system has not been tested on models equipped with Ford BlueCruise.
