This rear system is designed as a Drag Race only part, featuring 4 S4 4-piston calipers mounted to an 11 inch x 1 inch directional, 2-piece slot, drill, zinc plated rotor. There is NO Park Brake in this system! Specifically engineered for heavy, fast drag cars that depend on their brakes to launch or stage the vehicle, this setup is crucial for competitive racing. The rear systems are tailored to the housing end being used. If you're uncertain about the ends you are working with, please contact us directly. Note: Your axle flange will need to be turned down to 5.75 inches for this system to work. These systems come in various piston sizes. The larger piston area, 1.75 inches, delivers maximum clamping force but may lead to long pedal issues due to large volume requirements. A smaller 1.375 inch piston option was introduced and has gained popularity in classes like NMRA True Street, where limited street use is common. These rear systems are strictly for racing; if used on the street, ensure proper adjustment due to changes in brake bias. Note: This system comes equipped with high-friction pads optimized for drag race applications, which may produce more dust and noise.
