This braking system is built with a robust 4-piston S4 caliper, perfectly paired with an 11-inch, two-piece slotted and drilled rotor that’s zinc plated for durability. The S4 caliper comes equipped with D.O.T compliant dust and weather seals, ensuring it stands up to the elements. Plus, it uses the widely appreciated DR1 or HB100 pad type for reliable performance.
The billet aluminum hubs are pre-assembled with top-notch bearings, all packed with Redline synthetic grease, and topped off with billet dust caps for extra protection. The 11" SS4+ is designed in the same way as Baer's larger systems but comes in a compact size that fits perfectly with 15-inch wheels. This system is a great fit for 1955-68 Chevy Full Size Passenger Cars with OE Drum Brake Spindle and 1963-68 Chevy Corvettes with OE Spindles (All).
