Warranties cover defects in function and manufacturing only. The warranty period for all Assault Industries products start on the shipment date. You must be the original owner with proof of purchase upon claim. Assault Industries warranties it’s goods from material defects and workmanship for 90 days from the shipment date except when goods have been modified or altered following delivery and/ or subject to improper handling, storage, installation, operation, or maintenance. Any claim by the buyer made pursuant to Assault Industries warranty must be made in writing during the warranty period. Assault Industries reserves the right to inspect goods claimed to be defective and shall have the right to determine the cause of such alleged defect. At our discretion and as the exclusive remedy, we will repair or replace the product in question, or issue credit. If an identical product is no longer available, we may replace with a similar product of comparable value.
