AIRAID AIR-201-235 Performance Air Intake System

The AIRAID Cold Air Dam (CAD) Air Intake is designed to optimize your engine's performance by delivering a steady stream of cooler air. This results in a noticeable increase in horsepower and torque. The system cleverly retains the original location of the air filter while incorporating a large open-element air inlet. This inlet is safeguarded by Cold Air Dam panels, ensuring that your engine gets a consistent supply of cooler outside air.

These panels are mounted in the factory air box location and utilize existing cold air inlet ducts, while also adding extra cold air passages to the filter. To further enhance performance, the panels effectively isolate the filter from the hot air in the engine compartment, creating a cooler intake environment. The CAD system features a low-restriction intake tube and a 360-degree conical AIRAID premium air filter that is both washable and reusable. Unlike traditional paper filters, this filter offers superior filtration while being less restrictive.

Installation is straightforward and can be accomplished with common hand tools. Note that while some AIRAID air intakes are not legal for sale or use in California and other states following California emission standards, others are compliant across all states.
