A custom computer designed housing eliminates the use of multiple components. It's roto-molded and made from heat soak resistant cross-linked polyethylene, ensuring the coolest air intake charge possible. A clear sight window allows for filter inspection without removal of the airbox. The housing is designed to retain the same stock mounting points as the OE intake system for a hassle-free installation.
Flow Optimized Intake Tube:
This intake system includes a CAD-designed dyno-tuned intake tube created to optimize the airflow for maximum power gains.
Huge 3-Layer Performance Air Filter:
This Momentum HD intake system was designed around the largest filter possible to allow maximum performance and filtration. This filter has a (7" x 4-3/4 ) oval flange and is 9" tall and features our non-oiled Pro DRY S media. The Pro DRY S performance air filter features 3-layers of progressively finer porosity synthetic media that does not require oil providing maximum convenience. The unique air filter to housing interface (US PAT 9440175) allows for maximum filter size, which increases the available air volume while simplifying the installation process. The air filter is wrapped in reinforced metal providing maximum strength to prevent filter collapse.
Premium Hardware:
Premium stainless-steel T-bolt clamps provide the best corrosion resistance possible. Momentum HD intakes are designed with fewer parts for a quick and simple installation.
